They are widely used in the processing of gray cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant alloy cast iron, and various cast steel and quenched steel materials. They can withstand large cutting depths and large cutting paths, and can adapt to intermittent cutting. The cutting depth should be controlled within 2/3 of the blade radius.

Precautions for using cubic boron nitride car blades
1. Apply machine tool systems with sufficient power and rigidity;

3. Perform negative chamfering treatment on CBN lathe blades to avoid edge breakage during chip cutting;
Do not use cutting fluid during high-speed intermittent cutting.
