TNGN-Whole sintered PCBN blade

Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride blades have a stable equilateral triangle shape and superior cutting performance, suitable for high-speed dry cutting. They are widely used in the processing of gray cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant alloy cast iron, and various cast steel and quenched steel materials. They can withstand large cutting depths and large cutting paths, and can adapt to intermittent cutting. The cutting depth should be controlled within 2/3 of the blade radius.

Precautions for using cubic boron nitride car blades

1. Apply machine tool systems with sufficient power and rigidity;

2. Try to use a larger tool tip radius to ensure the maximum strength of the tool;

3. Perform negative chamfering treatment on CBN lathe blades to avoid edge breakage during chip cutting;

Do not use cutting fluid during high-speed intermittent cutting.
