PCD composite chip is a polycrystalline diamond composite developed for PCD cutting tools using unique material preparation technology. It is synthesized by combining diamond particles with a hard alloy matrix at high temperature and high pressure. Based on the different materials and processing environments being processed, PCD tool materials with different particle sizes and bonding agent systems have been developed to ensure the full utilization of PCD tool advantages such as high efficiency, long service life, and high precision in the processing of non-ferrous and non-metallic materials.
